US Easy Road Terms of Service

§1. General provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the US Easy Road website and mobile application (the "Service"), operated by the entity described in §2.

Using the Service means you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the Service.

Definitions used in the Terms: "User" – a person using the Service; "Account" – an individual user profile; "Trip" – a digital product consisting of a route plan, audio guide and supporting materials.

§2. Service Operator

The Service is operated by TOURS AMERICA GUIDE LLC, with its registered address at 1003 Brunswick Ave, Lawrenceville, 08648, USA.

§3. Registration and Account

Account registration is voluntary and free of charge. To create an Account the User must provide an e-mail address, first name and set a password.

The User commits to providing truthful data and to protecting their password from third-party access.

The User may delete their Account at any time by contacting the operator.

§4. Trip purchases and payments

Trips are digital products delivered through the Service and the mobile application.

Purchases are processed through payment providers (including Apple App Store and Google Play for the mobile application). Prices shown in the Service include all applicable taxes.

After successful payment verification the Trip is activated on the User's Account. The Trip remains available for the duration specified at purchase or indefinitely, per the product description.

§5. Right of withdrawal

Due to the digital nature of the product and its immediate delivery upon purchase, the User agrees that the service will be performed before the withdrawal period ends, which in accordance with applicable law results in loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

Complaints regarding product quality are handled individually within 14 days of submission.

§6. Intellectual property

All materials available in the Service (texts, photos, audio, maps, routes) are protected by copyright and are the property of the operator or its licensors.

Purchasing a Trip grants the right to use the materials for the User's personal use only. Copying, sharing or reselling the materials without the operator's permission is prohibited.

§7. Liability

The operator makes every effort to keep the information in the Service accurate and up to date. However, the operator is not responsible for changes in road conditions, availability of sightseeing places or other circumstances beyond its control.

The User uses the routes at their own responsibility and must comply with traffic laws and local regulations.

§8. Final provisions

The Terms may be amended. Users will be notified of material changes in advance.

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's registered office.
